Refined Hardware designs, develops, and finishes all pieces directly in Los Angeles, California, USA. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, all pieces can be express shipped internationally (may require an additional fee). 

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A REFINED HARDWARE TIMEPIECE?

Pieces are can be purchased directly through our own online store (under the 'shop' section), our boutique in Beverly Hills, or through one of our private showroom partners (contact us for further details).

HOW LONG DOES A GENERAL REPAIR OR SERVICE TAKE?

Timepieces are generally serviced and returned within 14 business days. 

ARE YOUR MOVEMENTS BUILT IN-HOUSE?

Refined Hardware has partnered with some of the oldest Swiss and non-Swiss manufacturers to create limited runs of exceptionally precise and beautiful movements for our pieces. These movements, while not yet in-house made, are held to the highest standard and do complete all a final assembly, benchmarking, and testing at our facilities in Los Angeles. 

CAN YOU DO TOTALLY CUSTOM PIECES, MODIFICATIONS, OR RUNS OF PIECES?

Yes, we specialize in custom editions, piece, and customer modifications. Email us for more information.
